Easton. It was founded in 1998 and organized as an employee owned and
operated company. What that means to our customers is that each
employee has a vested interest in customer satisfaction.

Mary
Branham is the President and licensed Settlement Officer and has
worked in the real estate business for the last 31 years. She is
proficient in handling any commercial or residential purchase or
refinance transaction. Her settlements are methodical and well
organized, which ensures a smooth process. Her goal is that she and
the employee owners provide each customer with an efficient,
professional and pleasant settlement experience.

Swann is the CFO and licensed Settlement Officer and has worked
locally in the real estate field for 21 years. Jennifer handles all
banking and disbursements and controls all financial records. Her
